Questions, answered

A little more clarity to start.

If you do not see your question here, send it our way. We are happy to talk through what your team needs.

Do you work with long-term care and community organizations?

Yes. We work with healthcare, long-term care, retirement, and community organizations across Canada and the United States. We take the time to understand your setting, your people, and the practical realities behind the work, then align our guidance with the standards and requirements in your jurisdiction.

What does an IPAC audit involve?

An IPAC audit is a thoughtful review of your program, practices, and documentation against the relevant standards and requirements in your jurisdiction. We identify what is working, clarify gaps, and leave you with practical priorities your team can act on.

Can you train our staff on-site or virtually?

Yes. We support teams across Canada and the United States with education delivered in the way that works best for them, including on-site sessions, virtual learning, and flexible resources for different roles and schedules.

How is your education platform accessed?

Our education platform is in development. We are designing a simple, flexible place for teams to access customizable learning, track progress, and build consistent everyday practice. Talk with us to share what your organization needs.

Do you offer ongoing support after an audit?

Yes. If your team needs a partner beyond the review, we can help turn recommendations into a manageable plan and provide ongoing guidance as priorities change.

How do we get started?

Send us a note with a little about your organization and what you are navigating. We will listen, ask a few useful questions, and help you find the right next step.
