Where AI helps us

We use AI tools for behind-the-scenes work: drafting and refining website and marketing content, organising information, administrative tasks, and supporting the design of learning materials. It helps our small team do more, faster, so we can stay focused on the work that matters most: supporting care teams.

AI in our courses and learning content

This educational program uses artificial intelligence-assisted technologies as part of its design and delivery. AI-generated digital presenters and/or voices may appear throughout our courses. Artificial intelligence tools may also be used to support the development of visuals, narration, editing, and educational content.

All educational content is reviewed and approved by CompliCare Infection Control Consulting Inc. CompliCare maintains editorial responsibility for the final content and uses applicable legislation, standards, guidelines, and evidence-based infection prevention and control practices to inform its education. AI is used as a learning and production tool. It does not replace professional judgment, regulatory requirements, organizational policies, or the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals.

Where AI is not used

We make no clinical recommendations and no decisions about care using AI. AI does not replace our clinical judgement, our professional accountability, or our relationships with the organizations we support. Every piece of advice, audit finding, training material, and policy review we deliver is reviewed and owned by a credentialed IPAC professional.

No AI is used to make decisions about you

If you contact us, submit a form, or work with us, AI is not used to evaluate you, score you, or decide anything about you. Information you share with us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you interact with an AI assistant on our site

Healthcare and health information

This website is for general information about our services. We do not collect or process personal health information through it. Sensitive learner and health information stays within our secure learning platform and our direct communications with clients, consistent with our obligations under Canadian and U.S. privacy law, including PIPEDA.
