Welcome to the CompliCare Blog: Where Compassion Meets Compliance

A healthcare professional shares a warm, reassuring moment with an older resident, alongside CompliCare’s “Where Compassion Meets Compliance” message

Welcome. We’re so glad you’re here.

This is the beginning of something we’ve been looking forward to: a warm place to share what we’ve learned about infection prevention and control, in a way that fits real care settings and real people.

We’re Kerri and Sandi, the founders of CompliCare. We’re a Canadian company supporting healthcare, long-term care, retirement living and community organizations across Canada and the United States, and we’ve been in your shoes. We know how much rests on the people leading IPAC, usually alongside a dozen other responsibilities.

Where compassion meets compliance

Safety and dignity belong together. The strongest infection prevention grows out of confident, supported people, not paperwork alone. That belief sits behind everything we do, and behind every post you’ll read here.

Coming soon: education that will change how you see practice

We’re building something we can’t wait to share. Education made for the way care teams actually work: customized, role-specific, human-centred learning that shows up on the floor, not just in a training file.

Not one more module to click through. Something that changes how you see your practice.

Along the way, this blog will bring you plain-language posts on training for frontline teams, long-term care infection control, outbreak readiness, and the emotional side of this work. All care, no judgement. Just support.

Until then, welcome. We’re glad to have you walking with us.

We’re here to walk beside you.
